Visa regulations depend on your nationality and country of origin. We suggest you contact your local French Consulate for official instructions on the specific visa regulations and application procedures that may apply to you. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. You should be able to download a letter to help you apply for your visa, in your registration area.
Letter of Invitation
An official personalised letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme. Invitation letters can be provided electronically (PDF) or as a hard copy if required. Hard copies will be mailed via regular post free of charge. In case of special delivery (courier) request, the participant will be responsible for all charges.
The average temperature maximum temperature in Paris in July is 24.6°C (76.3°F) and the minimum temperature is 14.8°C (58.6°F). The nights can be a little cool so it is best to bring a light jacket.
Participants are advised to wear business casual for all Forum functions and programmes.
Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Liability and Insurance
Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.
The Forum Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
