JOURNALISTS ARE INVITED TO JOIN THE FENS FORUM 2022 ON 9-13 JULY IN PARIS, FRANCE

The FENS Forum is Europe’s largest international neuroscience conference, covering all domains in modern brain research from basic to translational research. The Forum represents a unique opportunity for neuroscientists from around the world to gather together and enjoy excellent science in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

Organised by FENS in partnership with the Société des Neurosciences, the event will feature high-quality science from every domain of modern brain research. Over the course of five days, attendees will have unprecedented access to a range of symposia, technical workshops, plenary and special lectures, special interest events and poster sessions.

Press Office

There will be a Press Office at the FENS Forum 2022 venue, the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (Pavillon 7, floor 7.2), where we will produce and distribute press materials. We will host a variety of press events throughout the Forum and are happy to arrange interviews for you or facilitate access to expert opinions from leading neuroscientists.

In order for you to join the Press Office, you will need to register for the FENS Forum 2022 as a member of the press. This will also give you access to the schedule of special press events. Please use the application form below:

Credentials policy

The Press Office is only open to members of the working press. Identification may be required when you apply, such as a copy of a press card issued by a recognised institute of journalists or union, or equivalent proof of employment by a publication or broadcaster. Freelance journalists may be required to send evidence of previous publications.

Who can apply for a Press Pass? 

A free Press Pass will be issued to journalists (including freelance journalists) for recognised:

  • Journals, magazines and news publications
  • News agencies
  • Broadcast media
  • Web publications

The organisers of FENS Forum 2022 reserve the right to refuse a free Press Pass.

Embargoes

Journalists are required to observe embargoes as indicated either by the Press Conference or by the date and time of each session.
