The Social Media/ Twitter Wall is an exciting and modern item that encourages delegates to post messages related to FENS FORUM. This item provides you with great exposure!
- A pop up will appear in the virtual platform showing all social media interactions that include the Congress hashtag #FENS2022.
- Your company logo will be placed on the social media pop up screen.
The Photo Booth is an excellent tool to engage with Forum attendees. It allows them to have fun and share their experience. Attendees are given the opportunity to take a photo of themselves and colleagues, using fun props provided by the FENS Forum, and have the photo sent to them via email, text message or directly uploaded to their social media accounts.
- The booth attracts many attendees and a sponsor would gain exposure by having their branding on the outside of the booth, including their logo on every photo taken.
- The exposure will last long after the Forum ends as these photos are shared with colleagues, friends and family.

The branded Seating Cubes are stylish and informal. This multipurpose cardboard stool can be customized to match whatever theme you have chosen for your event. The design is subject to the approval of the Secretariat and must follow all compliance regulations.

Facilities will be available at the Meeting location for speakers and abstract presenters to check their presentations.

Mailshot Opportunities
Gain additional exposure for your Symposium, company or exhibition booth by sending out a Mail Blast to the preregistered delegates at a date and time coordinated with the Congress Organizer.

Mail blast will be exclusive for the supporting company. The designed mail blast (HTML format with Kenes design requirements) and the preferred “Subject” to be provided by the Supporter and subject to receipt by 6 weeks prior to the Forum. ”From” field will be FENS FORUM 2022
* In the case where the supporter cannot provide a compliant HTML file, they may provide an image and it will be coded to HTML for an additional charge of € 250. Content received after the deadline may be processed for an additional fee of € 500.

Mobile Application Opportunities
The Forum App engages attendees with personalized planning tools and real-time event updates. The App transforms smartphones, tablets, and laptops into tools for active meeting participation and makes it easy for participants to access meeting information to connect with speakers and colleagues. The App includes the scientific program, abstracts, speaker information, participant lists, the rating/voting system for sessions and speakers, and a personalized scheduler. The App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Forum’s App support includes:
- Supporter acknowledgement on the splash/pop-up screen of the App: “Supported by: company name/logo” (product logo not permitted)
- 2 “push notifications” included in the sponsorship package.
- Support will be acknowledged in the Industry Support and Exhibition section of the Final E Programme, on the Forum website, in the mobile app and with signage during the Forum.
- One push notification sent to all participants* onsite through the mobile app, to be coordinated with Forum Organizers. Specifications will be provided by the Forum’s organizers.
- *Only for those participants who have opted to receive such information.
The mobile application will include an E posters section.
- Supporters will provide his logo to be presented as a banner in the relevant section on the mobile application.
- Please note non-exclusive support is limited to a total of three supporters providing their logos.
- Gain additional exposure for your activities by advertising it in a designated section of the Meeting App.
- The Meeting App will be available for all participants who download the app.
- The advertisements will open up whenever opening the mobile application. The attendees will be able to close them after a few seconds.
